Job Description

- Role and Responsibility
We seek dynamic young candidates interested in a long term career, who wish to grow with the company and carve a story for themselves in the industry. Currently we are hiring for our online recruitment platform.
- Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in institutional / corporate sales 
  • Possess good verbal and email communications skills in English and Hindi.
  • Having positive attitude and willing to take challenges.
  • Staying in Mumbai / Thane or suburbs
  • Have access to personal laptop and internet connectivity.

Job description:

  • Onboarding of travel businesses (travel agents, tour operators, marketing companies,etc) for availing recruitment services
  • Prospecting & Sourcing leads  through various channels (Online & offline)
  • Meeting clients, making presentations / demo
  • Follow-ups, conversions, closing of sales.
  • Maintaining rapport with clients, handling service issues, providing regular feedback.
  • Maintaining database, sending regular marketing mailers.

Renumeration / Salary:

  • Fixed salary will be payable only on meeting the above qualifications.
  • Incentives will be paid on achieving sales targets.
  • Annual review of salary package.
