- Qualification
  1. Client servicing
  2. Reservations on  Crs  _(Galileo/Sabre/ Amadeus)
  3. Ticketing - after checking that correct fares / company codes etc are applied – all aspects of auto tktg. Refunds as per BSP procedures.
  4. Working out fares /itineraries and quotes to clients - to be emailed.
  5. Hotel bookings on system n with other suppliers.
  6. Visas requirements & handling
  7. Travel insurance issuance
  8. Working out of  international  hotel packages & itineraries
  9. Correct billing for all tickets issued.
  10. Liaison with airlines for seats & sales
  11. Creating & maintaining a rapport with all clients
  12. Taking responsibility of entire international booking from first inquiry To final dispatch.
