Services which have been purchased and delivered to your dashboard will not be refundable. There will be no refund for partially used services.
You can claim refund for services which may have been delayed in delivery or activation for more than 24 hours from the time of purchase. Refunds are subject to having received payment in full for the service that has been purchased from our website or app.
